UP and UNDER is a small business based in the heart of witch country in Barley Lancashire. We try to offer a complete service, guiding both above and below the surface as well as supplying the gear required to carry out these sports safely.
We have many years experience working, competing or just playing in this wonderful environment. Having competed at some of the countries toughest ultra marathons, and with many years experience in the world of caving our instructors are in a unique position to offer advice, help or to just chat.
